How contributions work when open

  1. Choose a printingSearch the English or German catalogue and check existing design status.
  2. Prepare the packageCreate a ZIP with manifest.json, a mask, foil map, and physical-card evidence for each request.
  3. Submit anonymouslyWhen submissions are enabled, send the ZIP here without signing in.
  4. Admin reviewI check each request and approve it, request changes, or reject it. Approved effects stay current while replacements are reviewed.

Check the latest submission status, then send a new ZIP package. No contributor account is needed, and a better revision is always welcome.

Use one ZIP with a root manifest.json mapping each exact card ID to its mask, foil map, and physical-card evidence. A ZIP can include up to 10 card requests.

Package format and safety checks

Each request needs an exact English or German TCGdex printing. Supported finish and profile keys: `holo`, `reverse`, `special`, `swholo`, `cosmos`, `amazing`, `radiant`, `sunpillar`, `vfullart`, `vmax`, `vstar`, `trainerfullart`, `rainbow`, `rainbowalt`, `swsecret`, `trainer-gallery`, `trainer-gallery-v`, `trainer-gallery-vmax`, `trainer-gallery-secret`, `shinyrare`, `shinyv`, `shinyvmax`.

Add a PNG/WebP mask, a PNG/WebP foil map, and 1–6 evidence files. Evidence accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, or WebM. Masks must exactly match the 600 × 825 TCGdex high-resolution scan.

The server checks paths, archive structure, size limits, image format, and known malware signatures. Files are stored privately for review and revision history and are not automatically deleted. Scanning reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a file is harmless.

Contributors do not sign in. Do not include names, email addresses, faces, provider keys, or unrelated personal files in a package.

Download a manifest template

Packages and revision history stay private; I do not delete them automatically. I collect no contributor accounts or contact details; server logs may include IP/request metadata. For correction or removal, email info@romerg.de with the card ID and revision. Public status shows only the card, finish/profile, revision, and review state.
